80 scales with WiFi connection to a fruit production line
The company Nick. & Char. Tomassis G.P. successfully completed the installation of 80 stainless steel electronic scales in a grape production line in one of the largest export packaging plants for agricultural products in the prefecture of Corinth.
These scales are designed for use in packaging plants (grapes, strawberries, etc.) where productivity control is required as well as absolute control of products that are weighed within the desired weighing limits.
Specifically:
- They have a connection to a central server via a 2.4GHz WiFi wireless network
- Stainless steel seal weight indicator protection IP65 from moisture and dust
- They have an LCD technology display with different backlite colors which change depending on the weight on the weighing platform. For example, the background is yellow if the weight is below the desired weight (underweight), Green if the weight is within the desired range, and red if it is above the desired limit (overweight)
- Changing the color of the screen helps users to work quickly and productively without getting confused with indicators, and weight scales
- Ability to store scales within the indicator in a large buffer before sending them to the central server. No weighing can be lost even if the central server is not activated !!
- Through the unique NetScales software the customer can control whether the packages weighed are within or outside the desired limits but can also have a summary image for all weights in real time.
- The software has the ability to connect to multiple indicators, create a variety of statistics per line, product, packaging, operator, etc., graphical representation of all weights in real time, absolute remote control of each balance separately, and many other features !!
