The company NIK. & CHAR. TOMASSIS G.P. undertook the installation of electronic bridge blade 18X3.30m. 70T with the "turnkey" in one of the most modern factories for the production of polyurethane systems in Southeast Europe.
Our company undertook the following:
- All construction work related to the construction of the bridge.
- Installation of the metal carrier.
- Reinforcement and concreting of the weighing platform.
- Construction of the entrance & exit ramps of the bridge with industrial floor.
- Installation of all electronic components, e.g. power cells, power cell connection box, electronic indicator with 8-inch color touch screen.
- Test with standard certified weights.
- Creation of a technical file according to the new standard of metrology 2014/31 / ΕU.
The electronic indicator has special software which through its own Ethernet port is connected to the company's ERP system for the automatic sending of weighing data.
