Manufacture of automation for weighing one or more silos from 50 to 60,000 kg. Automations usually include the following equipment:
- High precision power cells and protection IP68 from moisture and dust. The dynamometers are suitable for weighing silos & tanks, they are certified and legal for commercial use.
- Power cell mounting bases made especially for weighing silos & tanks. They offer protection against overloads, earthquakes, as well as ensure vertical transmission of loads for greater accuracy in weighing.
- Power cell connection box.
- Industrial electronic indicators batch controllers. The electronic indicators are designed for industrial weighing applications, have approvals and certificates from European organizations such as CE certificates, EU type approvals, EN45501. The indicators can perform automatic dosing of up to 20 different silos, as well as have a special program for automatic weight correction when dosing each material. In this way maximum weighing accuracy is achieved.
- Industrial PLC with touch screen. The PLC has digital inputs and outputs, analog inputs, serial outputs, Ethernet, CAN bus, etc. The following can be displayed through the touch screen:
- Dosing product.
- Graphically illustrate the dosing process, errors, etc.
- It has the ability, through programmed outputs (stops), to control and give orders to the mechanical parts, to perform movements with the aim of high accuracy of the weight during the packaging. Its great flexibility makes it capable of any application, with the ability to drive and control electromagnetic, pneumatic or hydraulic mechanical systems.
- Ability to store different programs (recipes).
- Visual signals for each operating phase.
- Select automatic ZERO or not at the start of the program.
- Optical isolation of outputs and inputs up to 2500V.
- Possibility of automatic or manual operation.
- Automation panel for protection of IP55 from moisture and dust. Inside the table there are all the auxiliary work circuits such as recipe selection, as well as the necessary controls for actions (manual / auto, start / stop, check for emptying of mixers, scales, error output, power supplies, etc.).
